Delan has undertaken 79 projects of various types, including national, autonomous region, and Urumqi city projects.

There are 16 national level projects, including 1 national key research and development plan project, 1 national science and technology support plan project, 4 torch plan projects, 2 innovation funds, 1 achievement transformation project of the Ministry of Finance, 2 national major special projects for resource conservation and environmental protection, and 1 national science and technology benefit plan project;

There are 38 projects at the autonomous region level, including 3 major science and technology projects, 2 international science and technology cooperation projects, 4 high-tech research and development projects, and 1 innovation team project;

Urumqi City has 25 projects at the district level, including 14 municipal science and technology plans and 11 high-tech special projects in the high-tech zone.
