Three academicians and their innovative team jointly tackle major key technical challenges in the efficient circulation and resource reuse of water resources in the textile thermal power industry. DeLan, as the leading unit, collaborates with 20 units including the Ecological Environment Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Donghua University, and Tianjin University of Technology to undertake the national key research and development plan "Efficient Circulation and Resource Reuse Technology and Demonstration Project for Water Resources in the Textile Thermal Power Industry". Focusing on important common issues such as resource utilization of high salt wastewater, optimization of water networks, and cross industry water resource allocation in the textile thermal power industry, DeLan focuses on prominent industry challenges such as enhanced treatment of textile wastewater, resource utilization of low salt and high polymer wastewater, control of textile high-risk pollutants, and zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater in the textile thermal power industry. DeLan establishes a full chain, cross industry water resource cascade utilization and recycling technology for the textile thermal power industry. The sentence is: Standards and management systems are demonstrated and applied in typical textile and thermal power industries, as well as textile thermal power parks, providing technical support, standard basis, management platform, talent guarantee, and application examples for China to comprehensively promote efficient water circulation in the textile thermal power industry.


This project has obtained 3 national standards, 3 industry standards, and 12 enterprise standards; Applied for 69 invention patents, applied for 6 other patents, obtained 25 patent authorizations, and 1 software copyright; Trained 79 master's graduates, including 21 doctoral graduates; Obtained 5 new theories and principles; Obtained 30 new technologies, processes, and methods; Develop 27 new products and devices; Two new production lines will be established; Publish one monograph; Published 110 papers, including 77 indexed in SCI and EI; Write 5 research reports; Write 5 application solutions; Four new demonstration projects have been established; Train 30 professional and technical personnel; Received one national science and technology award; Received 3 provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological awards.
