In the field of unconventional water resource development, we uphold the philosophy of "Open Collaboration and Platform Sharing." We are building an integrated "Industry-Academia-Research-Application" industrial cooperation ecosystem, pooling superior resources from all sides to jointly drive the industrialization of unconventional water technologies.

As the supporting entity of the Xinjiang Industrial Innovation Research Institute for Unconventional Water Resource Development, we leverage this provincial-level industrial innovation platform to establish a three-in-one industrial cooperation ecosystem comprising "Research Institute + Delan + Partners." Through this framework, we consolidate diverse strengths and resources, collectively advancing the commercialization and industrial application of unconventional water technologies.

1. Diverse and Synergistic Cooperation Model

We adopt a "1+N" open collaboration framework: with Delan serving as the industrial hub and technological core, we unite N external partners to form a collaborative innovation network. Specific cooperation models include:

Joint Technology R&D: Establishing joint laboratories with universities and research institutes to conduct targeted research on critical technical bottlenecks such as high-salinity wastewater and brackish water desalination. We practice shared intellectual property (IP) ownership to accelerate the commercialization of technological achievements.

Co-Development and Shared Benefit of Process Packages: Engaging in in-depth cooperation with design institutes and engineering firms to jointly develop standardized process package solutions. We establish benefit-sharing mechanisms to ensure that our partners become mutual beneficiaries in the promotion and deployment of these technologies.

Vertical Integration of the Industrial Chain: Forming strategic alliances with membrane material suppliers and core equipment manufacturers. Through joint procurement, mutual technical recognition, and collaborative standard-setting, we forge a complete industrial chain spanning from materials to equipment to integrated solutions.

Joint Development of Demonstration Projects: Establishing joint ventures or project-based collaborations with local enterprises and industrial park management committees, particularly in key regions such as Xinjiang. We jointly drive the implementation of demonstration projects, aiming to create a cluster effect wherein "developing one project stimulates growth across an entire region."

2. Co-Constructed and Shared Professional Platform

Leveraging the provincial-level industrial innovation research institute, we are establishing the "Unconventional Water Development Industry Cooperation Platform," positioned as follows:

Technology Commercialization Accelerator: Rapidly transforming laboratory achievements into deployable process packages, while providing partners with technical validation and pilot testing support.

Project Resource Aggregator: Integrating market demand, policy resources, and funding channels to match collaborative projects with the optimal combination of resources.

Experience and Capability Sharing Hub: Establishing a repository of case studies, databases, and expert networks, enabling partners to share in the project experience and operational data accumulated by Delan over more than two decades.
