International Cooperation of Autonomous Region - Research on the Application Technology of Desalination of Bitter and Salty Water in Xinjiang

This project has developed a high-throughput, selective removal hollow fiber desalination membrane suitable for desalination of brackish water in southern Xinjiang. It has also developed testing and cleaning technologies for hollow fiber desalination membrane components, established testing methods, formulated testing operating procedures, and developed an inspection management method. The retention rate of monovalent ions reaches 10-60%, the retention rate of divalent ions reaches 50-95%, and the water flux is greater than 30L/m2h.

The project has established two production lines for hollow fiber desalination membranes, with a single line capacity of 100000 square meters per year and a total capacity of 200000 square meters per year. Construct one set of 0.5m/h pilot plant, with a pilot operation cost of 0 724 yuan/ton. Apply for 8 invention patents and initiate one industry standard project.
