2、 Supplier admission evaluation criteria

1. Qualifications & Certifications

The supplier must possess valid and legal business operation credentials and hold the Three-Form System Certifications (namely ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System). All relevant qualifications shall be complete and currently valid.

2. Operational Strength & Stability

The supplier must demonstrate stable business operations with a certain scale of capacity. The supplier's operating revenue and overall financial condition over recent years shall be sound, ensuring the capability for sustained and stable supply.

3. Product Quality

Products supplied shall comply with applicable national and industry standards and fully meet our company's technical specifications and usage requirements. Product quality must be consistent, reliable, and free from any record of major quality incidents.

4. Comprehensive Capabilities

The supplier shall exhibit strong contract fulfillment capability, after-sales service capability, and emergency response capacity, while adhering to principles of integrity and regulatory compliance.

Suppliers may proactively contact our company through the aforementioned channels. We will conduct a comprehensive evaluation and review of all suppliers in accordance with the standards outlined above. Upon successful completion of this review, a formal partnership may be established.
