In 2013, I applied for the National Innovation Fund for Industrial Wastewater Special coagulants. This industrial wastewater specific coagulant product adopts a unique and special synthetic polymerization technology, overcoming the inherent disadvantages of a single product, going beyond simple composite effects, and achieving the goal of one dose with multiple effects. This product contains multiple metal and non-metal adsorption cores, which can successfully solve the problem of unstable coexistence of cationic and anionic flocculants, and has the coordinated adsorption and flocculation effects of inorganic and organic polymer flocculants. After comparing the effectiveness of unit use, it was found that it has a 30-40% increase in turbidity removal efficiency and a 20-30% increase in oil and COD removal rate compared to conventional coagulants such as polyaluminum and polyaluminum iron. Especially for oily wastewater in the petrochemical industry, the purification and removal efficiency is more significant, which is half to one-third of conventional agents, and the purification and removal effect is significantly better than current agents; It has the characteristics of generating large and dense floc particles, fast settling and clarification speed, and good purification treatment effect; The removal rate of oil, suspended solids, and organic pollutants in the wastewater discharged from the petrochemical and petroleum industries can be significantly improved, which is conducive to the recycling and reuse of the generated wastewater; After treatment, all indicators of water quality can meet or even exceed the relevant discharge standards.

This product was recognized as a high-tech product by the autonomous region in December 2005, and obtained a national invention patent in December 2006 with the patent number ZL200410079659.7. In 2008, it won the third prize for technical invention from the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association.
