National Torch Plan Project - Industrialization of Integrated Technology for Petrochemical Water Supply, Water saving and Wastewater Reuse System

The integrated technology of water supply, water-saving and wastewater reuse system for petrochemical industry is a joint project of Dellan Water Technology Co., Ltd. and the Ecological Environment Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is also a joint project of our company and the Ecological Environment Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The main research content is to treat the wastewater from the petrochemical industry that is very harmful and reuse it in the circulating cooling water, improve the concentration ratio of the circulating cooling water, greatly improve the comprehensive utilization rate of water resources, reduce the consumption of fresh water, improve the reuse rate of industrial water, and reduce the discharge of wastewater. Develop the technical process of applying petrochemical wastewater to the circulating cooling water system, increase the concentration ratio of cooling water to 5.0 times, and recycle the wastewater from the circulating cooling water after treatment in the system, achieving a 75% utilization rate of petrochemical wastewater. The integration and transformation of the three major systems of scientific water supply, process water conservation, sewage treatment and reuse, and circulation regulation have greatly improved the comprehensiveness and safety of the system.

This technology is evaluated by experts organized by the Science and Technology Department of Xinjiang Autonomous Region for scientific and technological achievements. Formulate an appraisal opinion: "This technology is mature, has great application value, and has good prospects for application in the field of industrial wastewater treatment and reuse. It has great economic and social benefits. This technology is the first of its kind in China and has reached the leading level in the country

This technology was included in the "National Key Environmental Protection Practical Technology" in 2014, won the third prize of "Environmental Protection Science and Technology" by the Ministry of Environmental Protection in 2015, and the second prize of Autonomous Region Science and Technology Progress in 2011.
