Typical Case

A silicon material enterprise in Inner Mongolia experienced a sudden blockage in its wastewater membrane system. Customer service responded within 30 minutes, and technical engineers arrived on site within 12 hours. The investigation was completed on the same day, and the first stage pressure difference of both systems was 0.42MPa. It was determined that the concentration of the chemical added was too high and the sterilization effect was poor. Then, online cleaning was carried out, and the first stage pressure difference was reduced to 0.2MPa.
