The project has established two healthy water film production lines and supporting component manufacturing equipment, with a single line production capacity of 100000 square meters per year and a total production capacity of 200000 square meters per year; Performance indicators of basement membrane: 1 Pure water flux ≥ 180L/m2. h; 2. Tensile strength ≥ 5.0MPa; 3. Maximum pore size ≤ 0.03um; Healthy water film performance index: Pure water flux is between 30-50L/m2. h. Performance indicators of healthy water film: In the study of desalination effect, different application fields of healthy water film have been divided: ① Drinking water: divalent ion desalination rate of 40-95% (25 ℃, operating pressure of 0.5MPa, original solution of 2000mg/L magnesium sulfate solution); The desalination rate of monovalent ions is 10-60% (25 ℃, operating pressure 0.5MPa, original solution 500mg/L sodium chloride solution); ② Industrial water: The desalination rate of divalent ions is 20-80% (25 ℃, operating pressure 0.5MPa, original solution 2000mg/L magnesium sulfate solution); Monovalent ion desalination rate ≤ 20% (25 ℃, operating pressure 0.5MPa, original solution 500mg/L sodium chloride solution);

During the project execution period, a total of 12 achievements were produced. Among them, 5 invention patents have been applied for; Convert 4 water purification products: including 2 membrane module products and 2 water purifier products; Convert 1 ultrafiltration membrane component product; One industry standard has been approved, "Hollow Fiber Nanofiltration Membrane Module -201710052-T"; Successfully applied for one water related permit. The product's water production meets the requirements of the industry standard CJ94-2005 "Drinking Water Quality Standards".
