For wastewater treatment and reuse projects, various methods such as membrane distillation, low-temperature multi-effect and MVR evaporation, reactive precipitation, crystal nucleus adsorption, and drying towers are employed to specifically recover or remove substances from the concentrated brine produced during production. This achieves the goal of recycling fresh water, utilizing impurity salts, and attaining zero emissions.

Zero-discharge project for high-salt wastewater treatment in printing and dyeing in textile industrial park

Shihezi Textile Industrial Park is the earliest established textile industrial park in Xinjiang, with a planned area of approximately 1,489 acres. It primarily focuses on the production of high-grade combed pure cotton yarn-dyed fabrics, high-grade towels, and high-grade home textile fabrics. The design treatment capacity of the printing and dyeing wastewater treatment and recycling project in the industrial zone is 20,000 m³/d. The service scope of this printing and dyeing wastewater treatment project covers the textile industrial park and the printing and dyeing wastewater discharged by enterprises north of National Highway 312, east of East Seventh Road, and south of North Eleventh Road. This project achieves zero wastewater discharge.

The New Chemical Materials Industrial Park in the Shihezi Development Zone focuses on the development of industries such as coal chemical, biochemical, organic chemical, fine chemical, petroleum and natural gas chemical, high-energy-carrying industries, energy and power, smelting of scrap metal minerals, and metal minerals, as well as deep processing projects. A number of power and chemical projects, represented by Western Hesheng Silicon Industry, Tianshan Aluminum, and Daquan New Energy Company, have successively settled in the park. With the successive entry of power and chemical enterprises into the park, the Shihezi Development Zone has implemented the New Chemical Materials Industrial Park Wastewater Treatment and Recycling Project to further practice the development concept of prioritizing environmental protection and establishing the zone based on ecology. The main purpose of this project is to treat industrial wastewater in the industrial park and reuse the reclaimed water within the park, achieving wastewater recycling.
