（1） Distribution of core talents

Educational distribution: More than 10 people hold doctoral/master's degrees, with 58% of them having a bachelor's degree or above

Professional title distribution: 45 people hold intermediate professional titles, accounting for 27%, and 8 people hold senior professional titles, accounting for 5%

Age distribution: 33% are under 30 years old, 41% are 31-40 years old, and 14% are 41-50 years old;

Age distribution: 23% of employees have 10 years or more, 30% have 5-10 years, and 17% have 3-5 years.

Precision training: Establish a training system of "professional courses+project implementation+mentor guidance", jointly establish the DeLan Environmental College with Lanzhou Jiaotong University, and offer customized professional courses such as membrane materials and water treatment;

Continuous iteration: Establish an "Industry Frontier Technology Training Program" with an annual investment of 3% of revenue for talent and professional improvement. Regularly organize exchanges and learning opportunities with partner institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Tsinghua University to ensure that technical capabilities are updated in sync with the industry;
