For over two decades, Delan Water Technology has been deeply rooted in the environmental protection sector. We steadfastly uphold our talent values: "Foundation in Character and Integrity, Merit Over Pedigree, Performance-Driven Culture, and Altruistic Symbiosis." We regard talent as the core engine of corporate development and the essential bond of open collaboration. We firmly believe that individual growth and enterprise advancement resonate in harmony, and that an open, collaborative ecosystem is the ultimate guarantee for maximizing human potential.
Guided by our cultural cornerstone—"The Benevolent Heart of Water" —the company has established a full-cycle talent development framework encompassing attraction, cultivation, utilization, and retention. We are committed to building a three-in-one talent ecosystem that integrates an industrial platform, a talent platform, and an innovation platform. Our strategic goal is to establish, by the year 2030, a premier national hub for talent convergence and partnership within the environmental industry. This platform will provide robust talent support for technological innovation and industrial upgrading in core areas including water treatment, membrane materials, and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD).
