Key Responsibilities:
Regional Market Strategy Planning and Execution:
Responsible for formulating market expansion strategies for the environmental protection business within the assigned region, as well as establishing annual, quarterly, and monthly market expansion goals and implementation plans. Optimize market expansion tactics by integrating regional industry policies, market demand, and competitor dynamics to ensure the achievement of both regional sales targets and market development objectives.
Regional Team Management and Development:
Build and lead the regional market expansion team, clearly define team members' job responsibilities and work objectives, and develop team training plans. Conduct regular training sessions on business skills and environmental industry knowledge, along with performance coaching, to enhance the team's overall market development capabilities. Foster a positive team atmosphere that stimulates motivation and creativity among team members.
Key Account Development and Relationship Maintenance:
Focus on developing core clients within the region (such as large industrial enterprises, local government environmental protection departments, and key industrial park management committees), establishing and maintaining long-term, stable cooperative relationships. Lead engagement for major client projects, overseeing project negotiations, contract signing, and post-service follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Regional Market Data Analysis and Decision Support:
Assume full responsibility for the collection and in-depth analysis of regional market development data (including sales revenue, number of clients acquired, channel conversion efficiency, and campaign effectiveness). Prepare regular regional market analysis reports to provide data support and strategic recommendations for the company's overall market strategy adjustments and regional tactical optimization.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Reporting:
Strengthen coordination and cooperation with the company's headquarters departments, including Sales, Product, and Technology, to ensure the smooth advancement of regional market expansion efforts. Report regularly to company leadership on regional market progress, team performance, goal attainment status, and upcoming work plans.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Educational Background: College diploma, bachelor's degree, or higher. Preference will be given to candidates majoring in Marketing, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
Work Experience: Three to five years or more of relevant work experience in market development, sales, or regional management within the environmental protection industry. Candidates with proven success in regional market expansion cases and team management experience are preferred. Familiarity with the characteristics of the environmental protection market, industry policies, and channel resources within the assigned region is also preferred.
Personal Attributes: Strong sense of goal orientation and accountability. Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational coordination skills. Keen market insight, strong negotiation abilities, and problem-solving aptitude. Alignment with environmental principles and a genuine passion for the environmental protection industry. Ability to perform effectively under significant work pressure and adapt to frequent regional business travel.
