Trainee (Student / New Graduate)

Assist in Market Research: Support the team in conducting research projects on industry trends, competitor activities, and target user needs. Collect and organize research data and materials, and prepare preliminary drafts of research analysis to provide data support for the company's marketing decisions.

Achieve Individual Business Targets: Meet or exceed assigned personal performance indicators and revenue goals.

Manage Accounts Receivable: Ensure timely collection of customer receivables and outstanding payments.

Increase Market Penetration: Improve product adoption and share of wallet among existing customers, while expanding market share through the acquisition of new customers.

Support Team Operations and Development: Follow departmental arrangements and assist team members in engaging with potential environmental protection clients. Organize client requirement information and documentation. Actively acquire knowledge of the environmental protection industry, the core advantages of the company's products/technologies/services, and participate in internal professional training to rapidly enhance capabilities in environmental market development.

Educational Background: College diploma, bachelor's degree, or higher. Preference will be given to candidates majoring in Marketing, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Ecology, Business Administration, or related fields. Exceptional recent graduates may also be considered with relaxed criteria.

Personal Attributes: Strong communication and coordination skills, a collaborative team spirit, and a proactive, responsible work attitude. Must possess solid learning agility and the ability to work under pressure. Passion for the environmental protection industry, alignment with environmental principles, and a keen interest in environmental market development are essential.

Other Requirements: Clean professional record with no history of misconduct. Proficiency in office productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic awareness of data analysis. Familiarity with fundamental policies in the environmental protection sector is preferred.
