In 2003, Delan was born in China, under the leadership of the Party, where the Five-Starred Red Flag flies high.

At the foot of the Tianshan Mountains, we root ourselves in arid regions to develop unconventional water resources—advancing industrial wastewater reuse, domestic sewage recycling, brackish water desalination, mine water utilization, and rainwater harvesting.
