Sinopec Zhongtian Hechuang Erdos Coal Deep Processing Demonstration Project Wastewater Treatment Plant Odor Treatment Project

Zhongtian Hechuang Energy Co., Ltd. is a super-large modern enterprise specializing in deep processing of coal, integrating coal, coal chemical products, and power production. The treatment capacity of this project is 80,000 m3/h, utilizing our company's proprietary biological odor removal technology - the biological combined odor removal device. After treatment by the odor removal device, the main indicators of harmful gases emitted from the device's discharge outlet and plant boundary, including hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, methyl mercaptan, dimethyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, odor concentration, and non-methane hydrocarbons, are guaranteed to be below the requirements of the Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants (GB14554-93) and the Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants (GB16297-1996) for new pollution sources at the secondary level.



Waste Gas Treatment Project of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) Comprehensive Treatment Project of PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Co., Ltd

The waste gas from the sewage pools of the south and north sewage lift stations in the industrial water workshop is collected via covered pipelines and treated by waste gas treatment facilities, with a treatment capacity of 1000m3/h for each of the two sets. The waste gas from the oil separation and flotation units in the sewage treatment plant is also collected via covered pipelines and treated by waste gas treatment facilities, with a treatment capacity of 45000m3/h for one set. The EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) general contracting is adopted. The 45000m3/h VOCs treatment device in the sewage treatment plant mainly adopts the process of "biological treatment + advanced treatment + regenerated exhaust gas treatment". The biological treatment system consists of "washing and oil removal section + biological trickling filtration section + biological filter section"; the advanced treatment section mainly focuses on the adsorption treatment of refractory organic gases that cannot be removed by the biological treatment system. The device is composed of an adsorption filtration system, an adsorption desorption system, and process pipelines. The regenerated exhaust gas enters a primary air cooler for cooling, and the condensed liquid is discharged into a condensate storage tank. A small amount of non-condensable gas is compressed by an organic gas compressor, and the compressed gas enters a secondary air cooler for gas-liquid separation. The condensate is discharged into the condensate storage tank, and the non-condensable gas after compression and separation is stored in a gas storage tank. The process of the 1000m3/h VOCs treatment device in the north sewage lift station adopts the "dry desulfurization + activated carbon fiber adsorption treatment" process to ensure that the exhaust gas meets emission standards.



VOCs Gas Treatment Project of CNOOC Tianye Chemical Co., Ltd

The VOCs gas treatment project of CNOOC Tianye Chemical Co., Ltd. comprises a total of five treatment units. The VOCs treatment facilities primarily handle the exhaust gas generated by the breather valves in polyoxymethylene production process storage tanks and methanol storage tanks, the exhaust gas produced at methanol vehicle and train loading stations, as well as the volatile/emitted exhaust gas from wastewater treatment structures. This project includes five treatment units: the exhaust funnel of the methanol unit distillation section, the VOCs treatment unit in the intermediate tank area; the VOCs treatment unit in the methanol finished product tank area; the VOCs treatment unit at methanol vehicle and train loading stations; the VOCs treatment unit in the polyoxymethylene tank area; and the VOCs treatment unit for the polyoxymethylene wastewater treatment facility.



BT Contracting Project for VOCs Treatment of Formaldehyde Plant of Offshore Oil Fudao Co., Ltd

New waste gas treatment facilities will be established, supporting the collection and treatment of breathing gas from the original two 500m³ formaldehyde storage tanks, breathing gas from a 1000m³ formaldehyde storage tank, breathing gas from a 1000m³ methanol raw material tank, and tail gas from formaldehyde loading. The main tasks include collecting breathing gas from the top breathing ports of the original two 500m³ formaldehyde storage tanks, the newly established 1000m³ formaldehyde storage tank, and the original 1000m³ methanol raw material tank, and introducing the breathing gas into waste gas treatment facilities through pipelines for treatment. Additionally, the tail gas from the transformed formaldehyde loading platform will be collected and introduced into waste gas treatment facilities for treatment. This project encompasses all collection pipelines, supporting pipe racks, civil engineering, installation, and other overall works. The facilities for supporting the collection and treatment of breathing gas from the original two 500m³ formaldehyde storage tanks are temporary measures. After the supporting construction of the 1000m³ formaldehyde product storage tank is completed and put into use, these temporary measures will be removed. Through environmental protection treatment and renovation of the formaldehyde device, breathing gas from the top breathing ports of the original formaldehyde storage tanks, the newly established formaldehyde storage tank, and the original methanol raw material tank will be collected, and introduced into waste gas treatment facilities through pipelines for treatment. Additionally, the tail gas from the transformed formaldehyde loading platform will be collected and introduced into waste gas treatment facilities for treatment. The "washing purification" + "catalytic combustion" process will be adopted to ensure that the final discharged pollutants meet the relevant requirements of the implementation standards.
