Trainee (Student)

Assist in Market Research: Cooperate with the team to conduct research projects on industry trends, competitor activities, and target user demands. Collect and organize research data and materials, and draft preliminary research analysis reports to provide data support for the company's marketing decisions.

Achieve Personal Business Targets: Fulfill individual performance and revenue goals as assigned.

Manage Accounts Receivable: Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable from clients.

Increase Market Share: Enhance product penetration among existing clients and expand market share by acquiring new clients.

Team Support and Learning: Follow departmental arrangements, assist team members in engaging with potential environmental clients, and organize client requirement information and documentation. Actively learn about the environmental protection industry, the company's core advantages in products/technologies/services, and participate in internal professional training to rapidly improve market development capabilities in the environmental sector.

Skill Requirements:

Educational Background: College degree, bachelor's degree, or higher. Majors in Marketing, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Ecology, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred. Outstanding recent graduates may have these requirements relaxed.

Personal Attributes: Strong communication and coordination skills, a collaborative team spirit, and a proactive and responsible work attitude. Must possess a strong learning aptitude and the ability to work under pressure. Passionate about the environmental protection industry, identifies with environmental principles, and demonstrates a keen interest in environmental market development.

Other Requirements: No adverse employment record. Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PPT). Basic data analysis awareness. Knowledge of fundamental environmental protection industry policies is preferred.
