Optimize market development strategies based on regional industry policies, market demand, and competitor dynamics to ensure the achievement of regional sales and market expansion goals.
Regional Team Management and Development: Build and lead the regional market development team, clearly define team members' roles, responsibilities, and work objectives. Develop team training plans and conduct regular training sessions on business skills and environmental industry knowledge, as well as performance coaching, to enhance the team's overall market development capabilities. Foster a positive team atmosphere and stimulate team members' motivation and creativity.
Core Client Acquisition and Relationship Maintenance: Focus on developing core clients within the region (e.g., large industrial enterprises, local government environmental protection departments, key industrial park management committees) and establish and maintain long-term, stable partnerships. Lead engagement for major client projects, responsible for project negotiation, contract signing, and follow-up service coordination to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Regional Market Data Analysis and Decision Support: Take full responsibility for the collection and in-depth analysis of regional market development data (e.g., sales revenue, number of clients acquired, channel conversion efficiency, campaign effectiveness). Prepare regular regional market analysis reports to provide data support and decision-making recommendations for the company's overall market strategy adjustments and regional strategy optimization.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Reporting: Strengthen coordination with the company's headquarters departments, including Sales, Product, and Technology, to ensure the smooth advancement of regional market development efforts. Report regularly to the company on regional market progress, team performance, goal achievement status, and subsequent work plans.
Skill Requirements:
Educational Background: College degree, bachelor's degree, or higher. Majors in Marketing, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Ecology, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred. Outstanding recent graduates may have these requirements relaxed.
Personal Attributes: Strong communication and coordination skills, a collaborative team spirit, and a proactive and responsible work attitude. Must possess a strong learning aptitude and the ability to work under pressure. Passionate about the environmental protection industry, identifies with environmental principles, and demonstrates a keen interest in environmental market development.
Other Requirements: No adverse employment record. Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PPT). Basic data analysis awareness. Knowledge of fundamental environmental protection industry policies is preferred.
